LOVE all of your tips but especially the one with finding the middle of a stencil and closing a can with the wood and hammer. Thanks
brilliant technique for the stencils – I’ve just spent hours measuring several srawers and the top of a unit so the pattern would match – I forgot to erase the pencil mark too, and varnished right over :-O – it isn’t noticeable but next time ill try this method!
love the brush … think i’ll have to get to ikea – my handpainting is hindered somewhat by the brushes I use – the hairs (?) split and so don’t give a smooth line – I definitely want to try more hand painting though x
I like Zibra and the IKEA brushes for hand painting in many cases bc they are soft, thin and very flexible.
I really like the spatula knife set. I think I will try to find these in my area
The window was great! I think the bronze pear effects gave it a nice weathered look
Great tips and some o learned from you last year thT have been perfect
Cool! On can tip.
I have to get some of the GF Bronze Pearl Effects! I use flat toothpicks all the time when using glue. I also use my thin, long, waxing (as in eyebrow waxing) sticks for spreading/getting glue behind things.
