After a few years of watching my online furniture flipping friends struggle, I knew there was a better way than what I was seeing online. I was a part of a dozen or so Facebook groups who gave advice and applauded accomplishments. But they were all missing one element. OK, many elements. Some of which were courtesy, graciousness, friendliness, to name a few. Plus there was a lot of bad advice, long and boring videos, rude criticism and arguing about what were the best products - to find anything worthwhile entailed hours of searching and digging through cyber garbage - which sometimes yielded nothing.

FFB is my better way, created just for you - tutorials, short videos, lists, links, tips, advice, products evaluations and suggestions...the whole enchilada.

General Questions

How does FFB work? Is it a course? How do I pay for it?

It's two fold, really.

FFB is an online membership site, like a course, only set up like a manual that you can access 24/7 with many "modules" full of redesign lessons, helpful information about products, methods, techniques, both written and video, tips, insider recommendations, tutorials, etc. It is accessed by members from the welcome page where there are links to each set of modules listed by subject. It's sort of like Netflix, but not for entertainment, for learning (though I find learning very entertaining, especially when it's easy to find and understand). You sign on after you enroll and have access for a year - but that's not all!

Our closed Facebook group, FFB PRO is a place where we all meet for support from like-minded friends who "get it" and who "get us."

What is FFB PRO? Is it FREE?

When you enroll into Furniture Flipping Blueprint, you are given FFB PRO as a free bonus, our private Facebook group. It's where we all chat about our projects, ask questions, compare notes, show off our projects. I post challenges and we even occasionally have prizes. We work through challenges together to advance you toward your flipping goals. It's a learn and grow at your own pace type of thing. No pressure, just a great place to soak it all in and find your people.

FFB PRO is a safe place, a place where you can interact with other artisans and business people who are real and more like friends than the casual and typical social media "friend." It's where we get real and compare notes. I am there, your FFB creator, and will cheer you on and offer advice and support as you grow in furniture design and marketing. You will no longer be left alone in cyberspace to weed through all the online chatter or chase after knowledge. No more weeding. No more chasing.

The Blueprint is always there to offer you an all-in-one-place to find your answers. FFB PRO is where you find your people who help you apply that knowledge and new skills and cheer you on.

What if I can't afford FFB?

Am I the right fit for FFB? Is FFB right for me?

I suppose that depends! The easy answer is, "Yes" if you want to learn quickly and easily. If you want to build your confidence as you learn how to turn out great artistic pieces of furniture, then join. If you want to learn how to prep right so your piece lasts...if you want to know the trendy styles and expert techniques, then join FFB. If you want to know the best methods and where to find the most recommended products and tools to create the art you have envisioned, then join. DON'T join if you want to just slap on the paint and sell your pieces cheaply and don't care how they last or what your reputation is. We are in it for the long game - to win it and we want to help you win too.

Do I have to participate in FFB PRO or do the challenges when I join FFB?

FFB PRO and really, FFB itself is a go at your own pace, use it in your own way sort of program. Sure, we want to get to know you, offer our support and wisdom, but there are no requirements. You will get out of it what you put into it.

Use it how you see fit and enjoy the ride! We are here to help you in any way you need. FFB is chock full of information that will help you progress as an artist and become a name in your niche - a name that is well spoken of and known for quality pieces. What are these challenges you keep talking about?

I set up monthly challenges on our Facebook FFB PRO for members for two reasons. 1. It's fun to compete for points and earn badges of honor in the group (and sometimes prizes!) and 2. Challenging ourselves makes us better artisans. The challenges are a way to progress toward PRO status together, with support and other members cheering us on. We are developing a community of support that can't be found in the larger groups.
